Well, after seeing =DarkJak's journal, I actually remember seeing The Theif and the Cobbler, becuase of ZigZag since he reminds me of and evil version of Genie from Alladin.
Well, anyway, I found the movie uploaded on google video, and I also did a little research on the movie. Turns out that there are three versions out there, and the one that I saw was the Miramax (some say Disney for some reason) version. The guy uploaded all three versions: The Majestic Films version, Miramax version, and the Recobbled Cut.
I really dont have time to explain so here's wikipedia: [link]
and for google video, just type in "The Theif and the Cobbler" and you can see any version, or all three, like what I did.
Oh, and yes Tack is my fav, because he just adorable. So adorable that you could just give him a hug.

I'm pretty sure this is the guy that got me into goth or guys that look like him when I was litte. I didn't remember much about the movie just his cute little face. I watched the movie to day and I love it
Using this for my profile and I love this stamp! I heard about it a few days ago and watched it on YouTube and it was great! I've got a crush on Tack now cutest thing ever I just want to hug him so badly
Adorable I will gladly join you in the Tack-loving. This poor movie... the most popular version (the one that's actually finished) is such a horrible mash up of the most beautiful animation ever drawn by human hands and some of the ugliest animation. Love the ReCobbled version most, it runs more smoothly than the workprints yet retains the awesomeness of what it was intended to be.
I have the Miramax version of this movie and I've loved it since I was a little kid. my parents say I watched it so much they're surprised the video cassette still works! I found it on netflix and just watched for the 4th time this month. I love Tack too! He now reminds me of my current boyfriend. Shy and awkward... And I felt the same about Zig Zag as the evil version of the genie from Aladin. I'm talking too much... Might check out the other versions but the miramax one will always be my fav!
I just finished watching the Recobbled Cut of this movie. It's really good, what a shame that Warner Bros. never let Williams and his crew finish it. Anyways, Tack is adorable! I don't know what it is, but there's just something about him that never ceases to charm me!
I LOVE Tack! Thanks for the link for all the different versions too! I loved this movie as a kid, and had it on VHS, but when I brought it to show the class at my daycare, I never got it back. (Maybe someone broke it?) Thank you so much!
I just watched the "uncobbled" version (and a little bit of the final version). This is animation on it's most epic scale, especially in the uncobbled version's grand finale. And I love how the thief and Tack were silent throughout the film. It added to the thief's hilarity and the cobbler's....utter.....cuteness. I thought I was going to puke a bunny when he was doing that head tilt thing with the princess in the beginning.

Which do you like better, Mirmax or the Recobbled cut?? I personally love the Recobbled one better. No songs, and Tack's mute the whole movie, expect for his last 'I Love You' line...and it's Sean fucking Connery. How awesome is that?
